Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains

Foreign exchange, CFDs, futures, indices and cryptocurrency are leveraged products. A small move in the underlying market can produce a large move in the value of a position, against you as readily as for you. Losses can exceed the balance on the account, and you may be required to deposit further funds.

No advice

3rader publishes the output of a mechanical model applied to market data. That is analysis and education, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing published by 3rader is a personal recommendation, and nothing takes account of your financial position, your objectives, your existing exposure or your tolerance for risk.

No member of the 3rader team is acting as your adviser, and no adviser-client relationship is created by your subscription. Before acting on anything here you should consider whether it is appropriate for your own circumstances, and take independent advice if you are unsure.

No guarantee of performance

No outcome is promised or implied. 3rader makes no claim about win rate, profit, return on capital or the probability of any particular result. There is no such thing as a guaranteed trade, and anyone who tells you otherwise is misleading you.

Past performance

Historical results — including anything shown in the platform's own history or reporting — are not a reliable indicator of future results. Market conditions change. A model that performed in one regime may not perform in another, and a record assembled over one period says little about the next.

Execution, slippage and costs

3rader does not execute trades. What happens after you act is between you and your broker. The price you receive may differ from any level published here: spreads widen, orders slip, gaps occur, and markets can move faster than an order can be filled. Your broker's commissions, financing and spreads are costs that reduce any return and are outside our control.

Data and availability

Analysis depends on market data feeds and on the platform being reachable. Both can fail, be delayed or be interrupted. Published levels may be based on data that is later revised, and the platform may be unavailable during periods you would want it — including during fast markets.

Signals are not a system

A signal is one input to a decision, not a complete trading plan. A signal without position sizing, a stop, a defined risk per trade and a limit on total exposure is not a strategy. Managing those is your responsibility, and a series of losses is a normal part of any trading method.
