1. What 3rader is

3rader is a software service that analyses market data and publishes the output of a defined trading model: the state of each monitored instrument within that model, and the setups that complete it. The service is informational.

2. What 3rader is not

3rader does not, and does not claim to:

• provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice;
• make a personal recommendation to buy or sell any instrument;
• manage money, hold funds, or operate any account on your behalf;
• connect to your broker, or place, modify or close any order;
• guarantee any result, return, win rate or outcome whatsoever.

Setups are the mechanical output of a model applied to market data. They take no account of your capital, your existing positions, your risk tolerance or your circumstances, and they are not a substitute for your own judgement.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to hold an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on it, for keeping your password confidential, and for everything done through your account. Passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes; nobody at 3rader can read yours.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. Changing your password ends every other session on the account immediately.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is being used unlawfully, or that presents a security or legal risk to us or to another user.

4. Plans, payment and renewal

Plans are sold as a period of access — currently 30 days — at the price shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are in US dollars.

• Subscriptions do not renew automatically. A plan ends at the expiry date and access to the pages it covered stops. You are not charged again unless you start a new plan.
• Card payments are processed by Flutterwave. 3rader does not receive or store your card details. The provider's own terms also apply to the transaction.
• A subscription is only activated once the payment has been independently verified with the payment provider. A claim of payment from a browser or an email does not activate anything.
• Starting a new plan while one is active replaces it. Remaining time on the previous plan does not carry over or entitle you to a credit.

5. Changing or cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your subscription page. Cancellation stops the subscription continuing; it does not end access immediately, and it does not by itself entitle you to a refund for the period already paid for.

We may change, add or retire a plan. If we materially reduce what a plan you have paid for includes, we will tell you and offer a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

6. Refunds

You have whatever refund rights your local consumer law gives you, and nothing here removes them. Beyond those, refunds are considered case by case: write to support@3rader.com with the payment reference. Where a payment was taken in error, or the service was not available for a material part of the period, a refund is the normal outcome.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Market data feeds, hosting and the payment provider are outside our control, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a fault. Analysis covers the periods the model is built for and may produce nothing at all during others — an absence of signals is not a fault.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share your account, or resell or redistribute the analysis;
• scrape, bulk-export or systematically copy the service's output;
• attempt to access an account, page or record that is not yours;
• probe, scan or attempt to circumvent the service's security;
• use the service unlawfully, or in a way that harms it or another user.

9. Our content

The platform, its analysis, its text and its design are ours or licensed to us. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own trading decisions while your plan is active. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything to you.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that: the service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the analysis is accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose, and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from any decision you take after reading it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their consequences.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice — by email, or in the platform before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and the courts of [jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in your own country of residence.
